Louis Hollingsworth won a $1.5 million wrongful death verdict against a security guard company whose employee, Daniel Espinosa, caused the death of a stranded motorist. After Espinosa pulled over to help the two men, he drove so fast toward them that one of the men ran into oncoming traffic.
The family of a Tucson man who died after suffering massive brain damage during surgery was represented by Louis Hollingsworth in a malpractice suit against the neurosurgeon who performed the procedure that ended the man’s life.
