Small-Firm lawyer wins $1.5m wrongful death award against “good samaritan”

Louis Hollingsworth won a $1.5 million wrongful death verdict against a security guard company whose employee, Daniel Espinosa, caused the death of a stranded motorist. After Espinosa pulled over to help the two men, he drove so fast toward them that one of the men ran into oncoming traffic.
